The digital economy is the only industry in Ukraine that has grown in the last year. It will be a crucial pillar for the reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy after the war. At the same time, there is also a great need for skilled workers on the part of German startups. Almost half of the German startups see the lack of skilled workers as a strong obstacle to the growth of their own company. Both sides can benefit greatly from closer cooperation and the outsourcing of projects and work by German startups to Ukraine.
Together with the Ukrainian digital association IT-Ukraine and law firm Dentons, we want to give a brief overview of what to look out for in cooperation and what opportunities exist. In a following networking session, startups will have the opportunity to network with Ukrainian IT companies.
