Key Perspectives on the TEHDAS2 Guidelines for Implementing the European Health Data Space
The EU initiative TEHDAS2 paves the way for a harmonised implementation of the secondary use of health data in the European Health Data Space (EHDS). Bitkom welcomes the opportunity to comment on the draft guidelines as part of the TEHDAS2 project. A harmonised approach to the secondary use of health data across the EU is crucial for the success of the EHDS. The guidelines represent an important milestone in this process. Our member companies have carefully reviewed the guidelines from the first wave of TEHDAS2 consultations and provided feedback on the public survey both individually and via Bitkom. We would like to summarise our key concerns in this statement.
