Bitkom on the European Commission’s consultation on the first review of the Digital Markets Act
The European Commission conducted a consultation on the review of the Digital Markets Act from 3 July to 24 September 2025. The objective of the consultation was to gather feedback and evidence on the effectiveness of the DMA so far in achieving its objectives of ensuring contestable and fair digital markets. Bitkom prepared this position paper together with its members and submitted it to the European Commission.
